"Based on reviews and personal recommendations, I reached out to Anh Nguyen via email on 29 January to switch State Farm agents. Received an auto-reply she'd be out of town until 31 January. It's now 15 February and ZERO response. So instead of a polite email stating they were not interested in a new client, they just ignored it, so I have to say I do not recommend. A shame as my old agent would love to have me but they do not operate in VA so here I am trying to find a decent agent in VA who lives up to the standards my PA agent set."
