"The group overall is/has been good. QT recently dropped the ball on a Renter's insurance change and it took 10 Days for his assistant Hanna to get back to/with me. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this via email. Let me say that QT has always been good in the past so I think this is/was an annomaly not a norm. Hanna followed up, explained why the delay happenend (didnt make excuses) and rectified it for me. Then I had to have her change it again today and she did it immediately. She should be acknowledged for that effort and for being responsible for the problem and resolving it. That is how to handle problems. The 4 rating is only because of that 10 day delay. My purpose is not to embarass QT nor Hanna here. I am the type that believe "It if isnt documented? It did not happen!" Most companies deep down want and respect customers that are brutally honest and express both the good and the bad."
