"I've held a policy with them for several years. It's nice to work with an office that always has someone there to answer the phone to field any of my insurance or account questions rather than relying on an app. (although the State Farm app is pretty good too)"

"If there is one word to describe the Anh Nguyen team it would be "unbelievable". My story may be similar to others, but I do need to share in case anyone has done or is thinking about doing the same thing. I recently left State Farm looking for a lower rate on insurance and as fate would have it; yes there was an accident with a another vehicle. I choose a cheaper rate with a lower payment over loyalty and quality of service. Needless to say the insurance company dropped me and I had only been with them for about a month. So, I contacted the Anh Nguyen team and worked with Rose Bikoy and the rest became history. Rose worked to not only get me back to the previous quote I had. Again - all I can say is "unbelievable". So if anyone is looking at or thinking about shopping around for a cheaper rate when it is time for your renewal - definitely give your State Farm team a call and see what they can do before you opt for a cheaper quote."
